1. Who We Are
Bugger ("the Service") is operated by N&G LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Bugger at bugger.app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. What Bugger Is

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bugger. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Free Plan & Paid Plans
Bugger offers a free plan that allows up to 50 bug reports per workspace. When you reach this limit, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue submitting bugs.
Paid plan details, pricing, and billing are managed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your Content
You own the content you submit to Bugger (bug reports, comments, screenshots, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as part of operating the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload. Do not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property.
7. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using Bugger, you agree to our privacy practices.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep Bugger running reliably, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally take the service down for maintenance. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.
9. Termination
You may stop using Bugger and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bugger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
