Privacy Policy
We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to run Bugger, we don't sell your data, and we won't spam you.
1. Who We Are
Bugger is a bug tracking tool operated by N&G LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at hello@bugger.app.
2. What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you:
- Create an account (email address, name, password)
- Sign in with Google (email address, name, profile picture)
- Submit bug reports (title, description, screenshots, location)
- Invite team members (their email address)
- Write comments
We also collect basic usage data automatically, such as which pages you visit and when, for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Bugger service
- To send transactional emails (invitations, password resets, usage notifications)
- To respond to your support requests
- To detect and prevent abuse or fraud
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
Bugger uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — application hosting
- Google OAuth — optional sign-in with Google
- Stripe — payment processing (for paid plans)
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. We use row-level security policies, encrypted connections, and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or workspace, your data is deleted from our systems. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data

8. Cookies
Bugger uses only essential cookies required to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
Bugger is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of Bugger after changes means you accept the updated policy.
